Why do we need your VIN? We require this information primarily to ensure that we've the exact item you need. In the highly unlikely chance that the wrong item was sent, we will guarantee that you get the right item at no added cost to you. This is our commitment to our customers.

We will then get back to you with the information you need - the price of the item and it's availability. For standard items, you can be assured that you'll get what you ordered between 3 to 5 working days. For hard to find items, it'll normally take us 7 to 10 working days to secure.
