Because we value (your) time, we've developed a highly efficient appointment system that'll ensure your vehicle doesn't gather moss in the shop while waiting for its turn to be checked, or heaven forbid, while waiting for a locally unavailable replacement part or accessory to arrive.

SCHEDULING A MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT
You can go directly to Britpart Philippines (BPP) for a preventive maintenance check or for replacement of parts but there's a chance, mind you, that you might have to wait in line for your turn.

What we recommend, instead, is that you call 0917-123-part (7278) or email 123part@britpartph.com to schedule an appointment for your Land Rover.

Not that we don't entertain walk-in clients. We do, actually. It's just so much more convenient and efficient if everything is managed properly, especially clients' expectations.

Actually, you only have to do the process once, unless you have urgent repairs, of course, that needs to be addressed. You see, after your first visit, we'll be monitoring your preventive maintenance schedule - informing you via email or your thru mobile number when you're due for a visit to the shop. No need to call us. We'll call you.

SCHEDULING FOR PARTS REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION
When it comes to replacement parts and accessories, we'll make sure that the items are readily available before we ask you to bring your Rover over. Now, if a part isn't available locally and we need to ship it in, we'll get its exact date of arrival before we set an appointment.

If an item is not readily available, it will take us 3 to 5 working days to bring in most items and 7 to 10 days for hard to find parts. Currently, Britpart Philippines has the biggest stock inventory for Land Rover parts and accessories in the country.

Once we've confirmed your appointment, it will take but a day, on the average, to complete a job - with the exception, of course, of specialized repairs or installations.

At BPP, we keep your Rover on the road - not in the shop. Well, at least for the day!
